Terms of Service - Soulavique

Welcome to Soulavique. These terms govern your access to and use of our personal inner-growth programs, info products, and goods offered at Soulavique.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a program, purchasing a digital course, or acquiring a physical item from Soulavique, you agree to these terms.

2. Personal Inner-Growth Programs

Soulavique offers guided sessions, workshops, and retreats focused on personal development and inner exploration. Details of each offering, including schedules and fees, are provided on our site.

3. Info Products

Digital courses, e-books, and downloadable materials are provided for individual learning purposes. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

4. Physical Goods

Branded merchandise, journals, and related items are shipped from our facility. Shipping times and charges are listed at checkout.

5. Service Scheduling and Transfer

Sessions and workshops are scheduled in advance. You may transfer your enrollment to a future date if you notify us at least 7 days before the original session date. Transferred enrollment is subject to availability and does not incur extra fees.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees must be settled before access is granted. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Fees are displayed during the checkout process.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Live Programs: Full refund of the program fee if you cancel at least 14 days before the start date. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations within 7 days of the start date or for no-shows. Program transfers are allowed as described above.
Info Products: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Once content is accessed, no refund is available.
Physical Goods: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs. Goods must be received by Soulavique in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval. Refund requests may be submitted via our Contact Form. Soulavique reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with these terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

Soulavique may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 15 days after posting on our site. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
